Reki is the mother figure out of all the haibane living in Old Home. When Rakka was having a hard time before and after growing her wings, Reki stayed by her side answering all of her questions to the best of her ability. Also, she's pretty good with children as she has to take care of several young ones that also live at Old Home although they constantly anger her.
