Preliminary Review: Brain Age
I just finished my first hour with the game and I just have to say something. Wow, this non-game is certainly different. So far, I've managed to get my brain age down to 36 (I started out at 63). It's also everything I expected and I am very happy it didn't cost me more than $20. I think any more and I would have totally passed on this. So far, everything's been pretty enjoyable, except I like many have that problem with saying blue in the color thingies... I haven't really touched Sudoku yet, but I'm sure pulling that out randomly shall surely prove interesting. I'll give it a full review in 2 weeks!

Real life host clubs
I've been watching Ouran Host Club and loving it so I figured after randomly coming across this site, I'd share it. ほす♥ほす (Hosu Hosu) is mostly a directory of male host clubs in Japan including sultry pictures of all types of men looking serious and macho (or just plain constipated ). It's nice for a fun look!

Big PS3 news!!!
I've just uncovered these today straight from Japan!!! It's the PS3 live and in action. I just got this video file showing a young girl in France playing a real live PS3 game. No MGS or KillZone... But it's a dating sim called うき♥ドキ★メモリアル (Ukidoki Memorial). But you can see how clear the graphics are and how the controller is the same boomerrang controller we saw at E3 last year. The pics are HUGE so I put them under the cut!

Touch my DS
A must-view for any DS owners is Touch my DS which is like stuff on my cat, but it's more like stuff on my DS. It includes turtles on a DS, pigs on a DS, a fake DS, and even a person licking a DS. This site has been featured on sites such as 4 color rebellion and Kotaku so it must be hot

Hmm... that's interesting...
So, there's this anime out called The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi (you've prolly seen it as it seems amazingly popular at the moment...) and the ED is quite the popular and a blog has posted the steps to the dance from the ED. Well, this guy has gone a step further than just doing the dance... but performing the entire ED. Watch and enjoy.

GalCir (ギャルサー) 1 Preview
(Note: Previously, I have called this drama Galsa when refering to it in English. However, the merchandise on the official site refers to it as GalCir. While both are correct, I will from now on be using GalCir when speaking about this show.)
The Japanese-born American cowboy Shinosuke comes down from the sky like a mystical UFO into Shibuya, Tokyo. While Japanese people are a mystery to him, the most intriging of all to him are the gal of Angel Heart (a gal circle). They're having a massive parapara event. One member, Shizuka, clearly doesn't fit in. Her best friend Saki calls her annoying to her face and she's always messing up something. However, her other friend Sumire is being too much of a goof to notice anything. After several bouts of cruel teasing, Saki attempts to come to her rescue. However, the other girls pressure her to be mean to her so rather than e-mailing a comforting message, she tells her to die. The other girls chime in and beginning sending mass e-mails to her phone telling her to die quickly. All of this hits Shizuka hard and she decides to kill herself.
What happens next you ask? You'll just have to wait for my full summary later. Meanwhile, feel free to help yourself to some screen caps (56K users beware).

Better late than never!!! This was the show I was quite longing for and to see it was magical. I've read the manga and I've seen the movie and animation works better in conveying the feeling of the manga. Also, it has a great OP and ED!
The OP features various images from both girls' pasts as well as the present together and Oosaki Nana performing with her band.

Joshikousei - Girls High 2
Now it's time for the girls at Saki Girls to get their yearly physical. Ayano dreams of it being a soft-focused world full of her older classmates in their pretty underwear and everything being perfectly dreamy... However, that's not the case at Saki Girls!

Ouran High School Host Club 1
Yeah... I didn't mention this one earlier. But I was nonetheless looking forward to it Ouran High School Host Club is the story about Fujioka Haruhi, a poor, homely-looking girl at a fancy private school, who, to pay off a debt, gets roped into the all-male host club, even though she's a girl!
The OP animation is amazingly cute as is the song. And from this entire entry, you shall find out who my favourite character is!

Review - Tetris DS
I've had two amazing weeks with this game... so you know what I'm going to say This game is near-perfect. It's the classic game of Tetris but in a totally new way. You have your classic standard mode which plays just like old Tetris but with several of the new Tetris rules and a few little surprises of Nintendo's own
Standard This will probably be the mode you'll play the least. It's classic Tetris with a marathon mode (that includes an endless mode later on) and line clear. They're certainly fun and relaxing although one night, I found that it was not after I bruised a muscle in my arm playing late at night. It's fun, but to tell the truth, you're not going to play it often. What's exciting about this is the new graphics. Nintendo uses the top screen to take you through Mario's past (levels 1-10) as well as Nintendo's past (11-20). The music is great and it takes you back to your childhood. However, at later levels, you don't really get to see the animations on the top screen as much as the earlier levels. They add a little something different.
Challenge This mode has a Legend of Zelda theme and you have to perform certain tasks before your hearts run out. At first, it's so easy, but then, they ask you to do outrageous things like clearing two lines skipping two or using only S and Z tetrominoes to clear lines. Best thing about it, it keeps you coming back and with two modes, it's sure to satisfy.
